Our consultants specialize in finding suitable candidates for middle management, lower management and positions of specialists via Internet or advertising as well as internal or external database searches.

Our information resources

Recruitment consultants use internal and external databases first. In January 2008 we started with a new IS, which is based on electronic clients. It enables us to contact candidates faster and regularly as well as up-dating continuously. Our current database contains 10000 active candidates.

We advertise regularly in the most frequented e-recruitment servers in the Czech Republic, concretely in www.jobs.cz, www.prace.cz, www.sprace.cz, www.jobpilot.cz, www.cvonline.cz, www.profesia.cz.

Touchdown also effectively utilizes networks and contacts both by recommendation as well as by professional networks (social networks), e.g. www.linkedin.com.

Selection process

Our consultants are trained in using “STAR” methodology in combination with “Power Hiring Method.” Consultants are qualified to verify candidates’ qualities using these methodologies during the directed interview.

Candidate rating and motivation

During the structured interview the consultant finds out about and evaluates the candidate’s previous work experience, their accomplishments, as well as the skills they must have in order to have achieved those results. Afterwards, the consultant identifies the candidate’s motivation, their reasons for entering a particular selection process and the conditions expected from the employer. The consultant verifies all of this through references.

The decision to present a candidate is made after comparing information gained through the interview with the clients’ requirements. Measurable and verifiable results from the candidate’s previous work and how closely their expectation corresponds with the client’s help us to successfully identify the right candidate.
