Outplacement
It is a tool that helps employees – managers should they be dismissed from the company.
Individual outplacement is based on coaching (career coaching, outplacement coaching).
We support managers during the whole process of leaving their position. The aim of the provided service is to enable a dismissed manager to search effectively for a new job and to find it. Another outcome is a softening of any negative impact on those employees who stay in the company.
Service includes:
- possibility to take advantage of our experience, connections and our office space as such
- information from the labour market, which is current and assessment of possibilities and career opportunities including evaluating of candidate skills, strength and potential
- information about the situation within a certain sector of the labour market
- consultation and tips for producing a professional CV
- consultation oriented to defining of candidate’s interests and goals (what kind of work candidate wants to do, what to focus on – that is career consultation)
- setting a series of achievable goals during the search for a new job and on-going consultation
- preparation for an interview
- contacting of a company that suits the candidate’s interest
- contacting of suitable companies among our clients
