Most of us have all the necessary resources for our own professional and personal development inside. We only don’t know how to identify and use them.

How to do that

Coaching is a way how to identify and deploy our inner-resources. The result of coaching may be called leadership, as the coachee develops competencies in such areas active listening, creativity, goal and strategy setting, project management, planning, delegating, risk management and assuming responsibility, etc.

Coaching uses motivational dialogue with the coach to help one find one’s own alternatives and to set and reach goals for professional and personal development.
